Since our founding in 1966, MTC has been embraced by a generous community of donors committed to supporting world-class, professional theater in Marin County. Each year, more than 50% of all contributions to MTC come from individuals and families. We depend on this support to produce award-winning work on our stage, to serve more than 6,000 students per year through our education programs, and to provide free programs to underserved communities and schools. Become a Producer
There’s no better way to gain access to the art than by becoming a Producer! Annual Fund donors of $5,000 are named Producers of the show of their choice, and gain in-depth insight into MTC’s work. As a Producer you go behind the scenes, with the opportunity to follow the entire creative process You’re invited to attend the in-depth design presentation and first read through of the play, where you will meet the director, design team, cast and often the playwright. Later you are invited to the final dress rehearsal, called the Producer’s Preview at MTC, where along with MTC staff, you will be part of the first audience for the production. Following the performance you have the opportunity to eat dinner and discuss the play with the cast, crew and staff in the lobby. As a Producer, you also have the option of joining us for Opening Night Dinner and of course to join in the celebration of Opening Night with complimentary tickets to the performance and enjoying the post-show reception.

Annual Fund donors of $1,000 and above are invited to gain an insider’s view of the artistic process at intimate Premiere Society gatherings featuring fine wines and gourmet food. Join Artistic Director Jasson Minadakis and Managing Director Keri Kellerman in the exclusive homes of MTC patrons for a conversation with cast members of the current production.
