Rising Grades 4-5 Creative Dramatics Camps
These camps use creative drama, improvisation, and devising techniques to explore each week’s theme while teaching basic acting skills. There will be a “Shareformance” on the last day of each camp for campers to showcase what they’ve learned. Parents and family members are welcome and encouraged to attend the “Shareformance.”
Step into the spotlight! Get ready to embrace the star you are inside as we hone skills in singing, dancing, and performance through theatre games and hit broadway songs.
Your mission—if you choose to accept it—is to master the art of espionage! Campers will develop acting skills as they earn their spy license by developing key sleuthing skills. We’ll use riddles, mastering secret codes, and more to explore the world of theatre while cracking the case of an epic heist!
Survival Island Adventure
July 1-5 (No class July 4)
What would it take to survive on a deserted island? Should you work together with others to survive or set out on your own? In this week-long camp inspired by survival adventure books, movies, and video games, campers will use theatrical skills to roleplay and create a dramatic story about their team's fight for survival.
4 Kids Who Changed the World: Written By You
Time to put on a play! But this one-act play is written entirely by the campers. Using theatrical skills like script writing, improvisation, and character creation, these young actors and writers will dramatize the true stories of kids throughout history who have changed the world. There will be a performance of the play on the final day of camp.
We are happy to issue a full refund for cancellations up to the first day of camp. No refunds will be issued past this date.
