Classes for Grades 1-5

Your health & safety are important to us!

All Fall 2020 Drama Conservatory classes will be held digitally via Zoom meetings.

Once your student is registered, you will be contacted regarding providing additional information about your student to help better serve them through our distance learning program, and will also be provided with instructions on how to join the Zoom meeting classes for each session.

Stories Come to Life!

Coming up this Fall on Saturdays, monthly: Join us for one-day classes as we jump into the world of storytelling and theatre through games, crafts, creative play, and the power of imagination. This class can be enjoyed both by families (encouraged for younger participants) and independent students, just be prepared for some fun and silliness to ensue! 

Each class is $50, and will be held digitally via Zoom meetings. Instructions on how to access each Zoom class meeting link will be emailed to parents directly after registering.

There across the road, it looked like any rocky hill—nothing but sand and rocks, some old wooden boxes, cactus and greasewood and thorny ocotillo—but it was really a sparking world of jeweled homes, streets edged with the whitest stones, and two ice cream shops. And all children needed to go there were a long stick and a soaring imagination.

Big Bad Bubble by Adam Rubin and Daniel Salmieri

Saturday, October 31 | 10:00am-12:00pm | Tuition: $50

An ordinary bubble may seem pretty harmless to you. To the monsters of La La Land, however, a fragile, shimmering bubble is an object of terror, and when the frightening habits of bubbles are detailed by a fear-mongering monster, Yerbert, Froofle, and Wumpus run away and cry. But with encouragement from the narrator and readers, the three monsters learn to confront their fears and triumph over bubbles!

Arnold Lobel’s Fables

A pig flying through marshmallow clouds to a marzipan moon? A camel pirouetting through the desert? Where can a reader find such marvelous things but in a fable? Arnold Lobel’s funny and true fables will delight young and old.

Last Stop on Market Street by Matt de la Peña 

Saturday, December 19 | 10:00am-12:00pm | Tuition: $50

Every Sunday after church, CJ and his grandma ride the bus across town. But today, CJ wonders why they don't own a car like his friend Colby. Why doesn’t he have an iPod like the boys on the bus? How come they always have to get off in the dirty part of town? Each question is met with an encouraging answer from grandma, who helps him see the beauty—and fun—in their routine and the world around them.
