Renewing subscribers reserve the best seats at the best prices before the general public – but only if you act by June 1, 2016.
There are four ways to renew:
- Follow the instructions below to renew online.
- Renew in person with our Box Office (397 Miller Avenue in Mill Valley)
- Renew by phone at 415.388.5208 (open Tue–Sun, noon-5pm)
- Your subscription renewal packet will be mailed to you mid-July.

Follow the instructions below to renew your subscription online.
Begin by going to tickets.marintheatre.org and click on My Account.
You will be asked to sign in. Because we have a new ticketing software, please click Forgot your password? and, on the following screen, enter your email twice. You will be sent a password with which to log in. If your email is not on file, you will receive an error message. If this occurs, please call the Box Office, 415.388.5208.
After you log in, you will arrive in your Account Home. In the left-hand column, click Offers.
On your Offers page, all of your subscription packages should be listed. To renew each subscription, click Add to Order. The selected subscription will be added to your Shopping Cart, which will appear on screen. To renew more than one subscription, click your web browser's Back button, and then Add to Order the next subscription package.
Continue this process until all of your subscriptions have been added to your Shopping Cart. You can confirm that they've all been added by checking the Bundles information in the left hand column (see below).
Once you've added all of your subscriptions to the Shopping Cart, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Continue. You will be prompted to Make a Gift. As someone who believes in the transformative power of theater, please consider adding a donation to our Annual Fund with your renewal order.
If you add a gift, you will be asked to confirm your new total. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Continue. The next page will confirm your address, ask your ticket delivery preference and also give you a space to make any requests regarding your renewal (i.e. to change the day you come or section you sit in.) Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Continue.

On the final page, please enter your payment information and click Buy to complete the transaction. You will receive a confirmation of your purchase. Thank you so much for your continued support of Marin Theatre Company!
