MTC Conservatory offers a summer theatre training program and afterschool classes from September through June. For 2007-2008, afterschool classes for grades 1 through 8 are available through Mill Valley Parks and Recreation -- please refer to the listings on the right side of this page. Our 2008 Summer program will be announced in January.

Our afterschool classes engage the imagination, encourage teamwork, and build self-esteem; students play drama games, take on characters, and learn to tell stories together as an ensemble. Special final sessions for some classes are held at MTC's Lieberman Theatre.

Scholarships are available for families who demonstrate financial need. Thank you to our Scholarship Campaign donors and the Peter J. Owens Fund, who made it possible in 2007 for MTC to provide full scholarships to ten students who otherwise would not have been able to attend our Summer Conservatory.
